Fluffy Heart-Shaped Pancakes with Strawberries

Kids love food in fun shapes! Pancakes are extremely easy to form with pancake molds, which come in many different shapes. This pancake recipe is perfect for molds because it is fluid enough to spread through the mold, but stiff enough not to run out underneath. My favorite shapes are the hearts, and I make them for my mom on her birthday every year, which happens to be on Valentine’s Day! These pancakes are a perfectly sweet treat for kids and parent alike!
