Doubling in size, the Festival will feature a uniquely diverse assortment of small living structures from tiny houses on wheels to container homes, a semi-trailer conversion, schoolies, van conversions, teardrops, yurts and more. In addition to tours of nearly 40 unique small living structures, attendees will also enjoy expert speaker presentations, hands-on workshops, a product and service marketplace, food, drink, and more.

Saturday, June 23: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday, June 24: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Single-day tickets are $15 for Adults ($10 online), kids 12 and under are free.
Three-day tickets are $30 for Adults ($20 online), kids 12 and under are free.

Along with the Sand Sculpture competition, the festival will include local breweries, live Hawaiian entertainment, great food, vendors and MUCH more! Visit 100 local vendors, including artisans selling handmade jewelry, trendy clothing, bath and body products, artwork, as well as great food vendors selling giant turkey legs, ice cream, BBQ, pizza, snow cones, and other festival favorites!  Featured bands include local favorites: The Austin Young Band, The Royal Aces, Kon Tiki, and more! Plus, enjoy a live Luau each day featuring games, hula lessons, and a full show from professional Polynesian dancers. This year, the Arvada Chamber of Commerce will be attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Hula Dance. The Kids’ Zone features FREE activities such as a giant sandbox where you can dig for buried treasure, crafts, games, and more. Bouncy castles, slides, climbing walls, bungee jumpers, and face painting will also be available for an additional charge.

The Sand Sculpture Competition includes eight 20-person teams, made up of local companies and non-profits, which will spend all day on Friday, June 22nd building life-sized sand sculptures. Sculpture themes this year include: Super Mario, Doc McStuffins’ Sun Safety, Avengers Assemble, The Cat in the Hat, and more! The teams with the most votes will receive a donation for their chosen non-profit.
