What’s better than the days getting longer and warmer and school letting out? A sing a long version of “Grease” at the amazing Red Rocks Amphitheater, brought to us by Film on the Rocks.
Film on the Rocks is a collaborative production of the Denver Film Society and Denver Arts & Venues and was created to provide an affordable opportunity for the community to enjoy films and live entertainment at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The first film screened in the program was Francis Ford Coppola’s The Godfather. In 2015, more than 57,000 people attended Film on the Rocks events.
We had an amazing time at the Grease Sing-A-Long and there were more than a few “pink ladies” in attendance who seemed to enjoy it as well.

Bring something to sit on; blanket, stadium cushions, etc.
Bring food – the movie doesn’t start until it gets dark, but you will want to get there at 7pm to insure seating and a spot in the parking lot that’s NOT a 4 mile hike. – Toddlers/younger kids will get bored. There is music and they can run around, but it’s a LONG 2 hours.

Wear a jacket – when the sun goes down it can get chilly, even a rain poncho isn’t a bad idea, after all you’re outside!
Don’t plan on partaking in marijuana – the park is a national park and thus it’s NOT legal to smoke on the premises. There are cigarette smoking locations.
