We were excited to finally make it to the Denver Zoo for their annual Zoo Lights! We were happy to attend opening night, with a thanks to Toyota‘s local PR team who invited us to partake of this Denver tradition!

f you’re interested in going it’s well worth the stop, and runs every night from now until January 4th from 5:30pm to 9:00pm.
The lights were fun and a great inspiration since we hadn’t put up our holiday lights yet! 🙂 
The fun holiday lights were animal themed (duh) and seem to leap out of the busshes and appear on trees in fun places. Music is piped through the park and it make it a really fun animal experience.
Zoo keepers were around to talk about Penguins and answer our questions about the elephants too! Be sure to check out the entertainment schedule for any special events they have planned.
