Chris, I see your points, but speaking of being scared, I am terrified of Paul Ryan. I keep hearing, “Focus on the economy, that’s what matters most” and I see that, but I am extremely concerned about what the far right wants to do to women’s rights. I would be much happier to vote GOP if choice and gay rights were taken out of the equation.

What I’d like to see more from you is balance – it seems that your message is often more anti-Obama than it is pro-Romney. I think you’re a smart woman, and that’s why I want to hear what you have to say.

In reply to Vicki L.. I agree, Vicki. Very few people get past what they see in the commercials and the Daily Show. That's why it's important for us to educate our kids on the vision of our Founders and how far we've strayed. Some of our friends still need to be reminded of this too. So thankful for new media/social media where the truth is finally getting out because we are sharing it when the mainstream media does not!

I wish wish wish people would stop making their voting decisions based on sound bites and commercials. Some of the commercials are downright dirty lies. It scared me a bit, too, when my best friend’s daughter said she didn’t want her mom to vote for Romney because his wife made a comment about women being in the kitchen. Even though she won’t vote for another 4 years, it goes to show how we aren’t emphasizing the importance of knowing what is happening in our government and who we should choose to vote for. Love this article.
